1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trimix: Video/Audio Editor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

BlueX Software Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Trimix for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not edit or share copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Ensure you have rights to all media files you process
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Not use the App to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlueX Software Solutions and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All edited media files created using the App belong to you, provided you have rights to the source material.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to media files you create, edit, or process using Trimix. The App does not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary rights to source media
  • Ensuring compliance with copyright laws
  • Any content you create or distribute using the App

6. App Features and Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Some features may require additional device capabilities

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any data loss or corruption
  • We are not responsible for edited content quality or suitability
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from App use
  • You use the App at your own risk

8. Third-Party Libraries

The App uses open-source libraries (including FFmpeg) that are subject to their own licenses. Use of these libraries is governed by their respective terms.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or modify the App at any time
  • Change these Terms of Service with notice
  • Discontinue the App or any features

Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App ends immediately
  • You must cease all use of the App
  • Your locally stored data remains yours

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
